Beekeeping is the Heart of our successful operation. Nature has bestowed the Honeybees with abundance of energy and will, to work for most part of the day, each day of their short life of just about 3 months. They go foraging, at the first hint of Sun-rise, to distances as far as 3 km, in search of beautiful nectar bearing flowers. Many a trips are made carrying the nectar in their belly, ingesting it, returning to their respective hives and depositing the nectar in the honey comb within the hive-box. They stop work at sun-set and rest only during dark hours or inclement weather. Queen bee manages the bee population and drones remain outside of this jurisdiction. This unending process, created by God, is Nature’s best gift to mankind. We strive to operate our Bee-keeping ops with our heart and soul to keep the bees healthy and maintain the area of bee-hives, absolutely neat and clean, for best results. Our dedicated beekeepers take care and maintain the hives as well as the bees, with due attention and dedication. We own 3000 bee-hives and ensure that the Queen-bee is always young and fresh to breed and grow the bee population within the hive. Regular cleaning is undertaken by our beekeepers.
We are registered with the National Bee-board and operate under given directions and guidelines. Random audit is undertaken at regular intervals, in order to check on the man-power, equipment, follow-up of beekeeping instructions, extraction procedure, storage and Hygiene. Special care is taken to ensure that their uniforms are always clean and well tended.
Migratory technique of Beekeeping is adopted to keep the output at optimum levels and to ensure that the bees are kept well fed and in a healthy state, with constant availability of clean environment and clean water. A single beekeeper is usually selected from local area to take care and visit the bees frequently. We usually migrate our bees five to six times in an year.
Our main areas of Beekeeping farms lie in the North: Kashmir, West: Rajasthan, North-east: Haryana & Himachal Pradesh. Average yield of our beehive averages 35 KG during peak season.
Beekeeping and Honey Extraction Procedures and Reporting System enable and facilitate accurate Traceability records. This assumes importance owing to sensitive nature of Product integrity demanded by our importers.
Work force is usually employed from among the local youth and thus contribute to Employment Generation which is a National theme for Development and growth. In a humble way, we sincerely contribute by enrolling permanent staff as well as casual staff, throughout the year.
